After a seven-year sabbatical, I’m back with new information and and exciting new book on my empathic approach to the emotions. The Language of Emotions: What your Feelings are Trying to Tell You will be released as an eight-hour audio learning set in May, and as a book in June!
These titles incorporate the information I first introduced as Emotional Genius, plus new information from the fields of sociology, cognitive and social psychology, behavioral economics, and neurology. They include specific skills to help you connect with and identify your emotions so that you can work with them in excellent new ways.
As it turns out, all of the skills and abilities you need to create a wonderful life and functioning relationships are waiting inside you. They’re your emotions, and if you learn their language, you’ll have all the energy, intelligence, intuition, honor, boundaries, empathy, and integrity you need to create and nurture a healthy life for yourself, your loved ones, your work colleagues, and the world!
