Art and Emotions: Exploring Your Emotions through Artistic Practices
Online course starts March 20 at Empathy Academy

We’ve got a wonderful course with artist and double-licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration® Trainer and Consultant Sue Barclay from Scotland.
During her licensing process, Sue brought us a wonderful artistic practice that helped us access our emotions in amazingly simple, yet deep, ways.
She calls it “mark-making,” and it helps you return to your inner artist, one who hasn’t been damaged by competition, comparisons, or impossible perfectionism.
Instead, this simple process helps you access your emotions very clearly and easily so that you can understand how they’re working in your life, and what gifts they bring to you.
Sue’s 8-week course, Art and Emotions combines mark-making that’s supported by a reading group for the Dynamic Emotional Integration Workbook, which you’ll receive as a part of your course registration.

Through reading, reflection, group meetings on Zoom, and artistic practices, you’ll be able to explore and understand your emotions in entirely new ways.
Sue will be assisted by double-licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration® Trainer and Consultant Bobbi McIntyre, who brings a deep understanding of emotions and empathy to this course.
We welcome you to Art and Emotions!
