Accessing happiness and joy in grounded and healthy ways
Sadly, many of us were taught that happiness and joy are the only worthwhile emotions.
Happiness and joy are very important emotions, but they’re just 2 emotions in the marvelous family of 17 emotions, and they can’t possibly work by themselves!
Many of us run after these two emotions and try to imprison them, but that’s a very unkind thing to do.
Also, where are we running to? These emotions live inside us, and they have specific jobs to do. If we try to imprison them, the other emotions will be silenced, and these two emotions will lose their way.
Learning to treat your happiness and joy with respect
In my Rejuvenation practice, I teach you how to access your happiness and joy (plus many other important emotions) in a grounded and embodied way.
Instead of lifting away from your life and your other emotions, you learn how to create the conditions that allow happiness and joy to arise naturally, and then recede naturally, as they are meant to do.

When you can work respectfully with your happiness and joy, they will be able to take their honored place within the entire realm of your emotions, instead of being expected to be on the job 24/7.
